We are eating lots of greasy food on this trip. Montreal is home to an edible delight known as poutine. The basics are fries with gravy and cheese curds on them. Some places let you add more toppings such as bacon and peas. My mouth is watering. Aside from poutine we ate a lot of burgers... and plain fries as well. I justify these calorific uppercuts with all the shoveling I am doing.
